this shall be the start of my fasting months.yes,months till i'm able to squeeze into my jeans.no more dinners dear friends.no more fancy food.
it's gonna be hard since there're people who dont understand and temptations always around.
when you cant fit into half of your clothes,you'll know why..and i do give up during the process of weight loss,most of the time.which is BAD.
p.s i wanna be confident in my own skin.
